We’ll lightly consider something bothersome from life and just start tapping. No words may be needed. We’ll let the tapping do the work, and the group setting can assist in relaxation and release.

Meridian tapping as a modern ‘energy’ practice was started by Dr. Roger Callahan in the late 1980s. It utilizes tools and concepts from modern psychology, acupuncture and applied kinesiology. Tapping has been used with war veterans and survivors of genocide. It and similar practices are now used and promoted by governments and global professional organizations such as the Association of Comprehensive Energy Psychology.
